On The Inside is pleased to present Naturocene. Ways to Fall in Love with the Earth.

The exhibition brings together over twenty-five international contemporary artists, developing fluid constellations of sculpture, installation, moving image, research-based work, and hybrid media that interact dynamically.

We live in the Anthropocene: the era in which human activity has become the dominant force shaping the Earth. Rather than placing humans at the centre of the planet's systems, the Naturocene envisions a future in which humans are understood as one part of a broader community of life. It emphasizes coexistence, reciprocity, and the recognition of nature as an active agent with intrinsic value, inviting new ways of relating to the more-than-human world.

The exhibition introduces this speculative concept through works that explore interdependence, empathy, and resilience. It invites audiences to reconnect with the Earth by engaging with non-human perspectives.

The artworks give voice to nature, collaborate with it as a creative partner, and reveal what often remains hidden. They show and think differently, opening up new paths of sensing and knowing.

The Naturocene is about coexistence, give-and-take, and learning how to live together on a shared planet
